Identity theft, stalking (online + offline), revenge porn, sextortion, doxing, online harassment. They offer emotional guidance AND legal support (free legal advice, mediation with police, support during police reporting, case management). How it works: call 0900-0101 (local rate) — you get assigned a case manager who contacts you. Online via slachtofferhulp.nl with chat and form. Physical at 80+ locations in the Netherlands. Wait time: usually first contact within 24 hours. What they DON'T do: no legal aid in civil proceedings (that's Raad voor Rechtsbijstand) and no enforcement (that's police/AP). Combination with other paths: Slachtofferhulp + police report + AP complaint is the standard route for privacy-related criminal cases.
