My solar panels aren't feeding back — installer, inverter, or supplier?

Diagnostic order: (1) Check inverter display or app. Error code? Photo, contact installer (2-5 year warranty). (2) Check smart-meter P1 port or reading: feed-in counting up? If no → inverter or wiring; if yes → supplier billing issue. (3) Check supplier portal: is feed-in shown as consumed? Mismatch with meter = admin error, request revision. (4) No fix → written complaint to installer (within warranty) or supplier (billing error) with 14-day deadline + Geschillencommissie announcement. For installer claims: keep installation agreement + warranty terms ready. For inverters: manufacturer has own RMA (Goodwe, SolarEdge, Enphase).
