Measures: warning, order, cease-and-desist, referral to Public Prosecutor. Combination with AP: GDPR aspect parallel to AP. IGJ + AP often share info. On serious medical care error: also disciplinary complaint at Regional Disciplinary Tribunal (RTG). Damages claim Art. 82 GDPR: on medical-data leak typically €1,000-€5,000.
