Generate a data access request (GDPR Art. 15)
Ask what data a business holds about you. We draft the letter with correct legal references, right to a copy (Art. 15(3)) and the 1-month deadline.
A good access request always contains: (1) your name + contact details, (2) details that let the company recognise you (name, address and customer number usually suffice; an ID copy only if the company genuinely needs it, with BSN and photo masked), (3) the data categories you want to see (or "everything" — both are valid), (4) request for a copy, in a commonly used electronic form if you ask electronically (Art. 15(3)), (5) the statutory deadline (1 month), (6) escalation warning (AP complaint + damages claim) on refusal. What our generator does: you fill a short form (4 questions, ~2 min), we select which info categories to request based on your scenario (customer account, marketing profile, dossier, everything), build the letter with correct legal citations, and specify the format you want (PDF, CSV, JSON, paper). What you get: one PDF with your letter, ready to download. Tip: always run an access request before an erasure — that's how you know what to delete. Price: €19 one-off. No subscription. Free text: the letter text is free to view; you only pay for the formatted PDF.
