Standard energy contract terms (2018/2024 model) suspend payment on the justifiably disputed portion during the dispute. No interest, no collection costs, no BKR registration. Conditions: dispute must be written + substantiated within 30 days of invoice; pay the undisputed part. If the supplier nonetheless charges interest, engages collection, or files BKR: damages possible + BKR correction enforceable via Stichting BKR.
