CCTV information sign — template + placement rules

(4) Controller + DPO contact if any. (5) Reference to extended info (URL privacy statement or QR code). Placement rules: at every entrance of the filmed area, at eye height (~150-170cm), in sufficient light, not hidden. For public space: also clearly readable from different directions. Specific contexts: shop (AP guideline min A4 size), café/restaurant (entrance + at entrance to toilet separately), office (reception desk + at major locations), HOA (hall + multiple entrances). What is NOT sufficient: only camera symbol without text, only "CCTV surveillance" without responsible party, sign hidden behind bush/decoration. Text proposal EN: "📹 CCTV in operation — [Business Name]. Purpose: [security]. Privacy contact: [email / QR code]. More info: [URL]." Examples: Albert Heijn, Etos, McDonalds, Action: all have standard signs at each entrance. Non-compliance = AP fine + mandatory camera-system removal.
