4. Decision in 4-6 weekson approval Fund pays your supplier directly. What you DON'T need: proof of debts, debt-counseling advice, awaiting disconnection notice. On refusal: request written reasoning; object within 4 weeks via Fund procedure. Combinable with: municipal allowance, debt assistance.
