4-step application at noodfondsenergie.nl: (1) Collect: last 3 energy invoices + meter readings, income proof (payslip/benefit statement), DigiD; (2) Check eligibility — needs energy > 8-10% of post-rent income; (3) Complete application (15-30 min) — provide IBAN of your supplier (in your MyEnergy account); (4) Decision in 4-6 weeks — on approval Fund pays your supplier directly. What you DON'T need: proof of debts, debt-counseling advice, awaiting disconnection notice. On refusal: request written reasoning; object within 4 weeks via Fund procedure. Combinable with: municipal allowance, debt assistance.
