The Temporary Energy Emergency Fund is a government + supplier funded safety net for households where energy > 8-10% of income. Apply at noodfondsenergie.nl, free, decision in 4-6 weeks. The Fund pays your supplier directly (no cash on your account) and aims to prevent disconnection. Cycle: peak applications Sept-April, can reapply after 6 months. Complementary to municipal energy allowance — you may apply for both. Refused? Request written reasoning; objection via Fund procedure.
