Their privacy statement describes analysis purposes + partnerships with legal partners. FFCheck: only what you type + Stripe token. No PoA, no ID copy, no IBAN.

Control. With EUclaim: they decide if a case goes to court. Their economics: 27% of €0 (lost case) = €0, so the threshold to push is high. With FFCheck: you decide — we give you the blueprint for ILT, Geschillencommissie, cantonal court.

When is EUclaim still better? For heavy negotiation claims against notoriously resistant carriers with international codeshare complexity. For typical EU 261 delays: no — €98 per claim loss not justifiable.
