ISDE (Investment Subsidy Sustainable Energy) is a national subsidy for sustainability measures. For 2026: heat pump €1,700-€4,000 + bonus €1,500 for full heat pump; solar boiler €390-€2,700; insulation €4-€8/m²; heat-network connection €3,250. Conditions: measure executed by certified installer, insulation meets minimum Rd-values. Apply at rvo.nl within 24 months of invoicing. Most-missed requirements: minimum surface (10 m² for insulation), KvK-registered installer, traceable payment. On refusal: object to RVO within 6 weeks — high success rate on administrative errors.
