Energy supplier raising your fixed tariff? Send the free-of-cost cancellation letter

A fixed tariff may not simply be raised, and a termination fee is only allowed for a fixed agreed price (Energiewet art. 2.15). With this form you create your own formal cancellation letter as a PDF, which you send yourself.

Send your cancellation before the increase takes effect; the notice period is at most 1 month (5 working days under the 2026 standard terms). Check your own contract and terms.
