RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency) is the Economic Affairs Ministry implementer for subsidies and schemes. The mijn.rvo.nl eLoket is THE digital desk for: (a) ISDE consumer + SME; (b) EIA + Vamil SME reporting; (c) MIA environmental investment reporting; (d) SDE++ SME+industry; (e) Energy-saving duty report; (f) MJA-3 (Multi-year Energy Efficiency Agreement); (g) Energy investment company for groups. Access via eHerkenning (level 3+, business) or DigiD (consumer). RVO sends decisions also via eLoket. Object to RVO: at Cbb (Trade and Industry Appeals Court) within 6 weeks.
