(3) Order new card: bank delivers within 5 working days. (4) Theft? Police report 0900-8844 — report number needed for bank refund. (5) Temporary money: digital wallet via bank app, cash, or Apple/Google Pay (card number in app keeps working). (6) When refunded: payments after block 100% by bank, before: only on non-gross-negligence (PIN not visibly written down, etc.).
