No. PrivacyCheck generates a legally-formatted letter using the correct GDPR + Dutch-law citations for your scenario, but it is not legal advice. For serious disputes, contact a qualified lawyer (advocaat) or Het Juridisch Loket.

Do you store my data?

Only what is strictly necessary to generate and deliver your document. Form contents are deleted automatically 30 days after order completion. We never sell or share data with third parties beyond our payment processor (Stripe).

Because the document is a digital good delivered instantly, EU consumer law allows us to exclude the 14-day right of withdrawal — and we do. In return we offer a fix-it guarantee: if anything is wrong, we re-generate the document free.

Mind the deadlineThe organisation must respond within 1 month of receipt; for complex or numerous requests this may be extended by 2 months, provided it tells you so within the first month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). If you then want to go to court, you file a petition within 6 weeks of receiving the answer (Art. 35 UAVG); if the recipient is a government body, you lodge an objection within 6 weeks (Art. 34 UAVG, Art. 6:7 Awb).

While you only look at the free text, nothing is stored.
