GDPR rights pack — 4 letters in 1 payment (€29)

Access + erasure + rectification + AP complaint in one pack. Fill the form once — get four ready-made letters (in one PDF) for €29.

The GDPR rights pack bundles the four most-requested letters from PrivacyCheck in one payment: (1) Access request (Art. 15) to see what a business holds on you, (2) Erasure request (Art. 17) to have data deleted, (3) Rectification request (Art. 16) to correct inaccurate data, and (4) AP complaint (Art. 77) as draft text for a complaint to the AP, in case the business does not respond (properly). How it works: one form (~3 minutes), four letters in one PDF to download. Price: €29. When to use this? Maximum pressure on a business that has ignored GDPR rights, or in preparation for a dispute. The letters cross-reference each other — e.g. the AP complaint references the earlier access and erasure requests. Free text: the letter text is free to view; you only pay for the formatted PDF.

About your letter
Mind the deadlineThe organisation must respond to the requests within 1 month of receipt (extension by 2 months only if it tells you within the first month, Art. 12(3) GDPR). Only use the AP complaint after that, and only after contacting the company again yourself; put the date you file it on the complaint. If a company refuses, you can file a petition with the court within 6 weeks of its answer (Art. 35 UAVG).
