How it works

Are you entitled?

If your flight (departing the EU, or arriving in the EU on an EU carrier) was delayed 3+ hours, cancelled, or overbooked and it wasn't an extraordinary circumstance, EU 261/2004 entitles you to EUR 250-600 per passenger.

Submit the claim

Use KLM's official channel above. Include your booking reference, flight number and date, and your bank details.

Deadline

Claim within 2 years (the NL limitation period for EU261).
