Wait for a reply

ENGIE must handle your complaint. No reply, or no satisfactory reply, within about 8 weeks? Then you can escalate.

Then: Geschillencommissie Energie

Bring your dispute to the Geschillencommissie Energie within 12 months of your complaint. Small filing fee, refunded if you win.

No reply? Escalate
